So, instead of continuing to wait, we paid on the little 'ziosk' thing and left. Nearly 10 minutes later, no water still.and the red light was still flashing. A little later, we flagged her down and asked to refill my water, which had been empty for about 5 minutes. The light was still flashing and she didn't inquire why nor turn it off. After about 10 minutes, the server finally stopped by to check to see how we are. We had to ask a random, non-server employee for the mayo. Over five minutes go by and still no help. I pressed the "call server" button on the 'ziosk' tablet-thing that are on all the tables. So, we looked and looked for our waitress.no where in sight. Anyway, when our food arrived, my wife's burger didn't have mayo on it as she requested. Kind of a weird question.just refill it now. The server asked if she wanted a refill now or wait until the food comes. By this time, my daughter was done with her drink already. We placed our drink order and our drinks came relatively quickly. The first thing we noticed was how small the restaurant was. Fortunatnley, we only had to wait about 5 minutes or so and we were already seated. We were told by the hostess (who used words like "huh?" instead of "pardon" or "I'm sorry" or something more polite) that our table would be ready in 30-35 minutes. Today, May 21, my family and I went mid-afternoon. Highly anticipating this restaurant being opened here in Winston-Salem, I was eager to try it out once the mad-dash of customers wanting to try a new restaurant was done. No complaints at all! We were even fortunate enough to get to speak with one of the GM's. Our waitress did an excellent job of checking on us and keeping our drinks filled. Our food was at our table in less than 20 minutes from the time of our order. We have a favorite location that we will drive 2 hours to grab a lunch! This location was as good as our favorite location of Red Robin. While some of the other reviews already are negative - I think it needs to be looked in perspective that any restaurant on a grand opening will have kinks and issues, they have to deal with a large crowd at once, staff trying to learn their menus and where things are at, and simply trying to meet the demands of a grand opening. My husband and I dined at it 2 1/2 weeks after their grand opening.
